Saint Patrick's at Daniel's among craft beer, tradition, and sensory play. We are in the heart of Primitivo territory, where wine has always told its story. This time, however, let's raise our glasses... to beer.

On March 20, 2026, at Daniel’s Brewery, Retrogusti brings to Manduria a new tasting stories event, dedicated to brewing culture and its most authentic soul. An evening to celebrate St. Patrick by bringing Ireland and Puglia into conversation.

It will be a journey through three styles of craft beer and three dishes from the local tradition, designed to meet, challenge, and surprise each other: three beers, three courses, three sensory trials.

Each guest will be invited to get involved. Nose in the glass, pay attention to the aromas that open up first, discuss the pairing that really works.
You will question, change your mind, and discover that the same sip can tell different stories to different people.

From Irish suggestions that evoke the shamrock and the ritual of St. Patrick, to the Mediterranean identity that knows how to transform every ingredient into memory, the evening will take shape between storytelling and conviviality.

An opportunity to discover how complex, gastronomic, and capable of conversing with the territory craft beer can be.
And to remind us that, at least once a year, even the Mediterranean knows how to turn green.
