There is a different way to tell the story of beer… and to discover it.

Not only by tasting it, but by listening to it, sensing it, recognizing its aromas, colors, and the small clues it reveals to those who know how to engage.

With "Game of Malts," the new event of the Fuori menu format, Retrogusti returns to Puglia for an evening where curiosity becomes the main ingredient.

Wine&Co together with the Fabbiano Craft Brewery will host the event, one of the first craft breweries in the province of Taranto, a place where beer is not only served but is born - fermenting, perfuming, transforming - right here, among the vats and notes of malt.

It will be a sensory game: three craft beers, three blind tastings, three questions to guess.

The teams will challenge each other among aromas and scents, learning to recognize the details that make the difference between one beer and another. And for the most attentive, a final prize that celebrates the victory of the palate and intuition.

To accompany the tasting, the gourmet pizzas from Wine&Co are made with a unique flour: that obtained from the spent grains, the malted barley residues resulting from the beer production. A way to give new life to the raw material, transforming waste into flavor and sustainability into taste.

An Off-menu of Retrogusti that combines conviviality, discovery, and play.
