Naturally curious, after a long season recounting the news of my land, I realized the dream of being able to write about food and wine, a passion since I was young. Always on the lookout for new stories among vineyards and cellars, at the tables of heroic chefs, among producers who are guardians of biodiversity, I have wonder in my eyes and beauty as my horizon.
