Board Compensation

During 2025, no compensation was paid to members of the Board of Directors or to any other members of the governing bodies.

Statutory Purposes

Retrogusti ETS is a non-profit organization pursuing civic and solidarity purposes, promoting:

• social engagement and food & wine culture
• the dissemination of local traditions
• the organization of events, courses, tastings, and storytelling
• the enhancement of Italian excellence through publishing, events, training, and consulting

All activities are carried out in accordance with the principles of civil economy and cultural sustainability.
