The Nizhyn Cucumber
A story about a variety of cucumber, typical of Ukraine, with a different genotype that tries to withstand the war and not only with a pilot project.

I was born and live in Kiev. I manage several Ayurvedic health centers in Kiev. I have been part of the management staff of Slow Food Ukraine and Kyiv since 2004. I have been an international advisor of Slow Food since 2022. A member of ISGSS (International Society for Gastronomic Sciences and Studies), I have founded various NGOs in Ukraine. I have three children and I am a passionate food traveler.
